TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information

  1. Promoter: Mondelez UK Ltd, Uxbridge Business Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge UB8 1DH

  2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of the UK including N. Ireland and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Mondelez UK Ltd, their relatives, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No purchase necessary.

  3. Promotional Period: The Competition starts on 10/10/2016 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) on 26/10/2016 (the “Competition”)

  4. The Competition will be advertised on Twitter (https://twitter.com/PhillyProUK) and entries will only be accepted through Twitter.

  5. Entry Instructions: The draw will be run on Twitter
    (https://twitter.com/PhillyProUK).

    To enter the draw, entrants must:

    • Re-tweet 1 post made by @PhillyProUK clearly promoting the competition.

    • Follow the @PhillyProUK twitter account.

  6. Entrants Criteria: All winners and entrants must be 18 years old or over and be a member of kitchen staff e.g. chef

    1. Only one entry per establishment. No third party or bulk entries. Use of a false name, address, multiple Twitter accounts or any breach of the Twitter rules will disqualify any entrant from receiving the prize.

    2. Any entrant and/or winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize.

    3. 6 x winners will be randomly selected from https://twitter.com/PhillyProUK on the following date:

    4. Prize Fund: One prize will be awarded to each winner; the Competition prize includes –

      • Prize for one winner is:

        • 1 x 1.65kg tub of Philadelphia Original (There is no cash alternative)

    5. Winner Selection: Those entrants that comply with the entrance criteria will be entered into a prize draw. The winners will be selected at random by an independent person.

    6. Winner Notification: The winners must claim their prize within 14 days of the respective Competition or they will become subject to clause 21.

    7. Winner Claim: The winners must claim their prize by notifying Philadelphia of their Date of birth, job title, full name and contact details. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within the time periods set out in clause 21.

    8. General: The winner will be notified through Twitter. The Promoter aims to notify winners within 4 days of the close of Competition. The winner will be posted for the public to see within 14 days of the closing dates outlined in clause 3 on Philadelphia Professional’s twitter profile (https://twitter.com/PhillyProUK). The winner is subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions. The decision of the Promoter will be final and binding in all matters; no entrant will have the right to challenge the verdict and the Promoter will not engage in any conversation or explanation regarding their decision.

    9. The winners name and county will be available by writing to the Promoter within 3 months of the closing date.

    10. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes.

    11. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries or winner notifications that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, corrupted, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason

    12. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arranged by or on behalf of the Promoter. The winner agrees that their name, voice and likeness maybe used in such publicity without further recompense to the winner. The Promoter shall retain the IP rights for any publicity material.

    13. All instructions on the promotion are deemed to form part of the rules, as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.

    14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

    15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotions entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause. If contact with the winner is not possible, and messages left are not responded to within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to randomly select a runner up.

    16. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

    17. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter and by entering the entrant releases Twitter from any action or claim arising out of the promotion. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the Promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose. By entering the Promotion, all Participants agree to give Twitter a complete release from any and all legal liability in connection with the Promotion.     18. The promotion is run pursuant to a lottery license granted to The Make A Wish Foundation Ireland under the Dublin District Court.

    19. Valid wherever legal only, the rules of this promotion are subject to the legal and regulatory restrictions imposed under English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
